Hudson Gavin Martin is pleased to announce that Jason Rudkin-Binks, previously a Senior Associate with the firm, has joined the partnership with effect from 1 January 2011.
Jason has specialised in intellectual property and technology since 1998. He has considerable experience in all aspects of intellectual property with particular expertise on its development, protection and commercialisation. In addition, he has broad expertise in many aspects of information technology, including software licensing.
As well as working in private practice Jason has also worked in-house for GSK and Shell in the United Kingdom and advised in relation to some well-known global household brands. His unique experience has lead him to adopt a commercial and practical approach to solving intellectual property based issues.
