Senior Solicitor
Hannah has specialised in technology and intellectual property law for over seven years. Her main areas of practice are advising on technology procurement, support, outsourcing and services arrangements, together with providing associated intellectual property advice and performing technology due diligence. She has advised clients from a wide range of different industries in respect of their technology and intellectual property issues, including global leaders in the financial services, telecommunications and energy industries.
Hannah started her career with Wayne Hudson and Simon Martin at Bell Gully in 2004. In 2006, she left Bell Gully to join Linklaters LLP in London, where she specialised in providing outsourcing and technology services-related advice. In October 2009 she joined Serverside Group Limited, a small UK technology company, as Legal Counsel. At Serverside, she advised on a wide range of general commercial, technology and intellectual property issues while gaining an insider’s knowledge of working in IT businesses. Hannah joined Hudson Gavin Martin in January 2011.
