Heath Anderson has practised commercial and corporate law with a technology and intellectual property focus for over 5 years. Heath advises on the commercialisation of intellectual property and technology, including software development and licensing and the supply of goods and services, distribution and reseller arrangements, web-based services, collaborative research arrangements and franchising.
Heath also provides a broad range of corporate and commercial advice, including the sale and acquisition of technology businesses, establishment of joint ventures, structuring of start-up businesses, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Heath previously worked with Wayne Hudson and Simon Martin at Bell Gully in Auckland for four years specialising in communications, technology and media law. He spent a year in the corporate/commercial and technology teams at Buddle Findlay, and joined Hudson Gavin Martin in May 2008.
