Kate Mullarkey is a solicitor at Hudson Gavin Martin. Kate is a graduate of the University of Canterbury, and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2006. Kate’s practice involves a broad range of intellectual property law including trade marks, copyright, and brand protection, as well as advertising law, food law, and Fair Trading Act and related legislation.
Kate also has a broad range of experience in the commercialisation of intellectual property, the acquisition and sale of technology businesses, common technology arrangements and licensing, franchising and distribution agreements.
