Kevin Pearson

Kevin has experience advising on a broad range of technology and intellectual property matters including technology licensing, sponsorship, the sale and acquisition of technology businesses, web-based services, copyright, Fair Trading Act and trade mark infringement (including anti-counterfeiting). Kevin also advises on food law as well as privacy and consumer protection legislation compliance.
Kevin graduated from the University of Otago in 2006 and spent one and a half years practising communications, technology and media law at Bell Gully before joining Hudson Gavin Martin in November 2007.
