Lucy joined Hudson Gavin Martin in February 2011 having graduated from the University of Otago in 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Design Studies.
Involved in a broad range of technology and intellectual property matters, Lucy’s work at Hudson Gavin Martin includes advice on the protection, enforcement and exploitation of intellectual property rights, as well as associated commercial and corporate matters regarding trademark law, copyright law, fair trading law and related legislation.
Lucy’s commercial practice extends to an involvement in consumer law matters including advertising law, food law, the Fair Trading Act and related legislation; and entails an assisting role in commercial and corporate agreements and transactions.
