Senior Solicitor
Natasha
has practised intellectual property and technology law for over five
years. A specialist in contentious
matters, Natasha’s practice includes advice on the protection, enforcement and
exploitation of intellectual property rights, and the resolution of IP and IT disputes.
Natasha
also has experience in drafting technology agreements and advising on privacy
laws. Her clients have included
leaders in the software, technology and media sectors, and many household
brands.
Natasha
began her career at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney, where she advised
clients on both contentious and transactional matters as a member of Mallesons’
Intellectual Property and Technology team. After returning to New Zealand, Natasha worked in the
commercial litigation team of a major law firm. Natasha joined Hudson Gavin Martin in August 2010.
