Simon Martin has focused on technology and intellectual property for eighteen years. His expertise covers a broad spectrum and includes new technology joint ventures, technology licensing, acquisition and sale of technology businesses, franchising, sponsorship, and commercial arrangements for telecommunications providers.
Mr Martin worked in Auckland at one of the large corporate law firms before heading to London for further experience. In London for over two years he spent most of this time at one of London’s leading law firms. Upon returning, he joined Bell Gully and was a partner there for almost seven years before forming Hudson Gavin Martin.
