New Guidelines for "Green" Marketing

The Commerce Commission has recently released guidelines specifically to give businesses guidance when making “green” or environmental claims.  It is hoped that this guidance will help businesses comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986 by avoiding misleading or deceptive claims.
