New Legislation
The Natural Health Products Bill went through its first reading on 15 September which proposes to set up a new regulatory system for low-risk natural health products in New Zealand. New Legislation Advertising Law
The Consumer Law Reform Bill is expected to be introduced to Parliament later this year which is likely to result in a number of key changes to existing consumer law, including those found in the Fair Trading Act 1986.
