Solicitor
Kirk is involved in a range of technology and intellectual property matters including copyright, trade marks, advertising law, food law, the Fair Trading Act and related legislation.
Kirk joined Hudson Gavin Martin in February 2009. Kirk graduated from the University of Auckland in 2009 with a LLB and BSc majoring in statistics and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2009.
