Ashleigh Ooi


Ashleigh joined Hudson Gavin Martin in February 2017 from Chen Palmer, where she worked in the areas of public law, education, employment and litigation. She graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science.

Ashleigh’s work involves advising on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including the registration, enforcement and exploitation of trade marks, copyright and other intellectual property rights. Her involvement also extends to a broad range of corporate, commercial and consumer law matters, including the Fair Trading Act and related legislation, and commercial and corporate agreements and transactions.
