Senior Associate (on parental leave)

Caroline is a senior litigation lawyer specialising in intellectual property, media and consumer law.

Caroline’s work includes disputes relating to trade marks, copyright, the Fair Trading Act, privacy, defamation, and broadcasting and advertising standards.  She also has broad general commercial litigation experience and has acted in matters including contractual disputes, trade practices claims, negligence and insolvency. Caroline advises her clients on legal and strategic issues involved in a dispute and assists in resolution via negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation.

Her experience also includes intellectual property strategy advice and helping clients with regulatory compliance and consumer and privacy law compliance.

Caroline volunteers her time on the executive team of Tech Women, an NZ Tech Committee.

Caroline is currently on parental leave.
