About the role  

One of our amazing litigators is going on parental leave in September / October, and we have a significant trial scheduled for next year, so we are looking for a Senior Commercial Litigator (7+ years PQE) with a real interest in tech and IP to join the team through until the end of 2023.

We’re a specialist firm working predominantly in tech, media and IP law, and our contentious work is usually in those areas, or relates to corporate disputes for clients operating in those industries. That said, the role is varied and it is likely that you will deal with issues that you haven’t encountered before, so there will be plenty of scope for you to develop.

We have strong transactional and IP teams, and so as well as engaging contentious work, you’ll also help them to deliver commercial outcomes for clients.

About you

You’ll have strong technical and amazing interpersonal skills, that you apply to deliver quality client work, and to develop others in the team and your networks. You’ve got experience across a range of commercial litigation matters, and will bring curiosity, energy, and a passion for finding creative solutions to complex problems.
