7.  Other

Each start-up session is provided free of charge. Whilst we aim to give you some guidance on what next steps you should take, until we are formally instructed any matter we talk about will not constitute legal advice.

If you want to engage us, we will need to work through our new client on-boarding process (which may include certain “know your client” or“anti-money laundering” obligations). Don’t worry – we use a fantastic NZ company that makes AML compliance super easy – it can be done remotely in your own time.

8.  Can I bring documents to the meeting?

If you have any documents that you would like to discuss at our meeting (including any documents that may have been prepared by other law firms), then please bring copies to our meeting. We will not review any documents prior to the session.

Book in your session and have a coffee and chat with us.
