Adam Ladley

Snr Associate Special Projects

Adam’s practical experience has led to a deep interest in corporate and commercial legal negotiations, IP, privacy and data protection law, and the regulatory requirements and governance frameworks that support emerging technology offerings. He has previously held various C-suite positions, including legal in-house and governance roles in national and international settings across various sectors, from FinTech to food manufacturing for global export.

He has advised companies across the business life cycle, from start-ups seeking investment, corporate restructuring, to negotiating successful exits for entrepreneur founders and shareholders. This helps him to understand both the overarching legal obligations and risk-factoring, and the underlying strategic and commercial business drivers, to offer practical legal advice and problem-solving. Adam’s other legal passion is advising artists and musicians in their various creative endeavours!
