Gemma’s passion for finding creative solutions to challenging legal problems is what keeps her ticking. She has a particular interest in copyright infringement, anti-counterfeiting, and trade mark matters. Having worked in intellectual property litigation for over 7 years, Gemma has appeared for clients before the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand, IP Australia and High Court.  

Gemma is also an active member of Women in Intellectual Property, Auckland University’s He Ira Wāhine Women’s Mentoring Programme and various anti-counterfeiting networks.
