Melissa Yan

Melissa is passionate about solving legal issues in the commercial and corporate world with her creative perspective. She loves working on innovative projects and emerging technology that encounter interesting legal challenges. Melissa is also interested in understanding each client’s brand and developing strategies to protect their intellectual property and grow their reputation in New Zealand and internationally.

Melissa is a member of the Auckland Women Lawyers’ Association, NZ Asian Lawyers, Women in Film and Television NZ. She also enjoys attending events hosted by the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and New Zealand Centre for Intellectual Property.
