Bio

Rachel embraces the opportunity to advise clients across a broad range of technology and commercial projects, with a passion for the media, sports, and FMCG sectors. Her experience acting for both suppliers and customers spans a wide range of matters including SaaS and other 'as-a-service' agreements, IP licensing and commercialisation, software development and professional services agreements, and regulatory advice covering privacy, data security, and consumer law issues.

With broad experience in-house and on secondment, including most recently in the UK as Senior Legal Counsel – Technology and Operations at DAZN, Rachel understands the importance of swift and practical legal advice that supports business priorities in fast moving environments. She enjoys unravelling complex technical and legal problems that, combined with a focus on commercially realistic advice, ensures delivery of solutions that address each client’s unique goals and challenges.
