Samuel is a commercial technology lawyer who is passionate about helping tech businesses maximise growth and their value. He has deep interest in exploring how the law applies to novel and valuable technologies, having particular expertise in technology contracts,data privacy and intellectual property.
Samuel started his legal career at Hudson Gavin Martin advising various organisations from early-stage start-ups to multinational businesses on a broad range of commercial, tech and IP matters. Prior to returning to the firm, he was an Associate Director with JW Legal, a firm focusing on supporting early stage and growth technology companies enable growth and attract investments. Samuel also worked on the client side in the UK as Technology and Innovation Counsel for Tesco where he supported strategic technology projects and initiatives, including business critical technology deals and trials involving cutting edge, disruptive technologies.
